RETURNS & STORE CREDITS

Please write your name, delivery address and order number on the package and email us at support@gemboutique.com.au to inform your return so we can locate your order in our database to contact you once it arrives back.

All return items (Australian orders) must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item

Please note:

  1. Most items can receive REFUND on the cost of the item ( we don’t refund on Shipping Cost) OR full purchase price on Store Credit.
  2. We do only offer store credits on FINAL SALE items ( in our final sale category). However our store credits never expire and so there’s never any rush to put the amount towards something you don’t love.
  3. Other category items can receive REFUND on the cost of the item ( we don’t refund on Shipping Cost) OR full purchase price on Store Credit.
  4. The items must:

    – be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
    – no smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.

  5. You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us.
  6. Returned items are processed within 2-3 working days from us receiving your item/s. Once we receive your return, you will then be emailed with your store credit or refund accordingly

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Gem Boutique staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to choose a different item or the same item, provided it is available.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

In the instance a faulty item is received, we will offer our customer a refund on return postage and once we receive the item, we offer our customers a 120% store credit OR a replacement item if we have one in stock OR a full refund.
